HAVUMIRAGIRA Theophile, founder and General Manager of Kaswira Investments Ltd, brings over 16 years of expertise in financial services. A graduate of the National University of Rwanda, he specializes in insolvency and taxation, leading the company with a commitment to excellence and client success.
With his guidance, Kaswira Investments Ltd remains a trusted partner for financial and tax consultancy.
